Registration papers and required road documents travel with the vehicle. Ask if you need to see copies before a long outstation trip. - 3. Driver brief
Pickup pin, guest names, waiting rules, and return timing are confirmed with the chauffeur before departure. - 4. On-duty support
The WhatsApp desk stays reachable for delays, route changes, or a replacement plan if something goes wrong. - 5. Post-duty notes
Fuel top-ups, overtime, and any damage notes are clarified against the agreed package — not left vague.

What to clarify before you ride
